Refund Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment.  All returned merchandise must be in the original "New" condition along with the packing slip.  A 20% restocking fee may apply on special and/or large orders.  Custom orders made to your specification cannot be returned for exchange or credit.  We will not refund the shipping costs to you or the shipping costs for you to return the item to us.  We reserve the right to replace, repair, or refund your money.  This return policy is only for items that are returned in unused condition and also applies to used surplus merchandise.

To return an item, do the following:

Include a copy of the packing slip, ship it insured for the value of the merchandise via USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Ship to:
